Oh patron of the arts, travel back in time with Pierrot Productions as they enchant you with this Tim Rice/ABBA Cult Rock Opera.  Political and personal tensions do writhe beneath the surface rocking the world championship chess match.  Mimicking and reflecting Cold War tensions between America and the Soviets.  The talented bard Tim Rice did join melodiously with Benny Andersson & Bjorn Ulvaeus of ABBA to rock your world with Chess.

CHESS is the story of an American chess champion, his Russian opponent who defects to the west, and a Hungarian born American who transfers her affections from the American to the Russian.
